The staff was very friendly and helpful. They treated my cat for upset stomach. And also got a small matt off my cat at no extra cost. And cleaned her toosh 😊. My baby is back to normal thanks for the care they gave. Also other things people might want to know. Is if taking the bus there and you get off at the stop it says to. Which is weirdly at the red river zoo parking lot area 😆. Don't panic, the veterinary hospital is kinda behind the zoo. And the building is very handicap accessible. The even have big enough chairs for big people. I didn't use their bathroom but I saw inside of one when someone went in. And I'm 100% sure there is enough room for a power wheelchair and possibly a mobility scooter. I hope I covered everything I wanted to. I highly recommend this animal hospital. I would use it again if I have to. 😁

They made the hardest day of my life as easy as it could be. Forever thankful for the professionalism, compassion, and transparency. Updating now that we’ve been back three times with our current pet: As always, the staff we interacted with were kind, helpful, and made sure we were checked on and aware of next steps throughout the process. Dr Vanessa was great at helping us come to the right decisions financially while still maintaining the longterm health of our beloved pet. After how the team helped us with our previous pet’s passing, we can’t see ourselves going anywhere else for our veterinary care. We know we can trust them with our pets’ lives at all stages, whether that be establishing new care, diagnosing long term chronic health issues, or end of life care.

Some experiences have been great while others have not. There seems to be a lot of changes both in personnel, vets and vet techs, front desk employees. The prices are a lot higher and expectations to.pay up front for drop off. Did you all think if we dropped off our beloved furbabies, we wouldn't come back to pick them up and pay for your services? I did like Dr Winning. Her compassion, answered all my concerns. I hope she stays on there. Sincerely Paula Sell

Dr. Vanessa and the Team at Valley Vet have been so great to work with. Response time on follow-ups has been so quick. They've let me sit there and cry and not feel bad about it. I've been telling everyone that Valley Vet has been absolutely wonderful during a very difficult time. Bandy appreciates you all so much too. She loves being told that she's doing a good job. :) Infinite thanks to the team at Valley Vet!
